Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Manager in Nadarzyn we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Nadarzyn Site Industrial Director and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

In this role you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining processes in the supply chain. You will work with a team of specialists who are eager to learn and develop in the field of supply chain. You will also have a chance to quickly get to know the Nadarzyn site as well as the entire ALSTOM Organization via interactions with departments like procurement, engineering, production, quality, EHS, industrialization, as well as our vendors around the world.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Delivering materials to the production line on time
  • Delivering finished goods to the customer
  • Managing workload, setting priorities for activities, managing KPIs and individual targets for employees
  • Ensuring that department staff works according to applicable processes and rules;

  • Higher education (bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, general management or related fields)
  • Experience in managing teams of blue and white collar employees in logistics
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Ability to think analytically

  • Team building experience
  • Workload management skills
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Knowledge of ERP SAP system
  • Knowledge of Polish and English (B2+level)
  • Experience with Lean Management - nice to have
