Could you be the full-time hybrid Site Supply Chain Engineer in Nadarzyn, PL we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistics engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll drive impactful change by implementing and managing standard packaging solutions, optimizing logistics processes, and delivering sustainable cost reductions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Regional Logistics Engineering, warehouse operations, procurement), define warehouse layouts and flows, and identify improvements throughout the value chain, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Implementation and management of standard packaging solutions, including purchase, design, prototyping, and validation 

  • Monitoring budget implementation for packaging solutions 

  • Developing and implementing solutions to protect parts during all logistics operations 

  • Calculating return on investment (ROI) for standard packaging design and reducing transportation costs 

  • Creating business cases to justify investments in returnable packaging and other solutions 

  • Defining warehouse layouts and optimizing internal and external flows 

  • Collaborating with the Regional Logistics Engineering Department to identify and implement value-added improvements across the supply chain 

  • Applying Lean Manufacturing tools to enhance operational efficiency 

  • Utilizing SAP modules (MM, WM) to manage logistics processes effectively 

  • Leveraging AutoCAD and MS Office tools (especially Excel) to support planning and design

  • Degree in Engineering and/or Logistics 

  • Experience or understanding of implementing optimization projects in large organizations in the manufacturing sector 

  • Knowledge of business processes in logistics 

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools 

  • Proficiency in SAP modules: MM, WM 

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD 

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) 

  • Strong communication skills in English 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments 

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
