PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

At the position, You are the key support for the manufacturing to ensure the information workflow and control of the daily operations on the production line, 
so that they are manufactured on time and in accordance with the Master Production Schedule.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work Orders schedulling according to MPS (Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling);
  • Ensure a continuous flow of materials to production line;
  • Controlling the progress of Work Orders according to the MPS;
  • Manage the information workflow of work orders: job release, material consumption;
  • Secure the link between Industrial Planning, Material Planning, Project Supply Chain Leader, Logistics and Manufacturing to ensure on time execution of operations;
  • Provide feedback to planning to update the MPS, regarding operational constraints;
  • Defining and implementing improvement action plans for dysfunctions on components delivered to the production Line.

MAIN REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

  • Technician education degree (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain);
  • Experience in production scheduling/sequencing or operational supply chain with relevant usage of ERP (ideally SAP) in a manufacturing environment;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Good level of data analysis and reporting;
  • Basics on lean tools;
  • Good Communication and collaborative skills;
  • Pro-active and positive;
  • Customer & goal oriented;
  • Sense of urgency
  • Autonomous
