Could you be the full-time Serial Production Coordinator in Nadarzyn  we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your operational supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations on the production line. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Material Planning, Project Supply Chain Leader, Logistics, and Manufacturing), manage the information workflow of work orders, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of scheduling and controlling work orders according to the Master Production Schedule (MPS), but also defining and implementing improvement action plans for production line processes.

We’ll look to you for:

• Work order scheduling according to MPS

• Ensuring a continuous flow of materials to the production line

• Controlling the progress of work orders

• Managing the information workflow of work orders, including job release and material consumption

• Securing coordination between multiple teams to ensure on-time execution of operations

• Providing feedback to planning teams to update the MPS based on operational constraints

• Defining and implementing improvement action plans for production line processes

• Technician education degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain

• Experience in production scheduling/sequencing or operational supply chain, with relevant usage of ERP (ideally SAP) in a manufacturing environment

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

• Understanding of lean tools

• Good communication and collaborative skills

• Proactive and positive mindset

• Customer and goal-oriented approach

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work autonomously
