Could you be the full-time Project Quality Manager in Nadarzyn we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial, supplier quality, and product introduction), act as the independent voice of the customer, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of establishing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), but also managing quality-related risks and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Acting as the interface with customer quality and safety teams

  • Supporting and monitoring action plans from Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS)

  • Planning and managing tender activities in alignment with internal processes

  • Identifying risks and managing mitigations related to quality

  • Guiding project teams in understanding quality contributions

  • Ensuring compliance with technical modifications and safety assessments

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer inspection acceptance criteria

  • Supporting project audits and improving quality performance

  • Managing non-conformities and ensuring Return of Experience (REX) is integrated

  • Supporting the handover management process to customers and services

  • Contributing to quality improvements during the tender phase

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in engineering with a management background

  • Fluency in English

  • Awareness of processes and products/services delivered in projects

  • Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving methodologies

  • Experience in operational activities and documentation management

  • Proven ability to manage teams and influence cross-functional, geographically distributed teams

  • Knowledge of the railway industry, including norms and certifications

  • Familiarity with quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM, etc.)

  • Process-oriented and customer-focused mindset

  • Data-driven decision-making approach

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with business partners

Things you’ll enjoy
Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our agile and inclusive working environment

  • Progress towards leadership roles in quality management or other areas

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
