Could you be the full-time onsite Process Engineer in Nadarzyn, PL we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in shaping efficient and future-ready production processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, production, and quality teams), optimize and continuously improve processes through on-site observations, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Supervising the production technology process

Optimizing and continuously improving processes, including on-site observations
-
Rebuilding and modernizing production lines and stations
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production workflows
-
Supporting technical problem-solving and troubleshooting during production
-
Providing input into the design and development of new production methods
-
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all processes
-
Conducting training for production staff on new processes and tools
-
Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify improvement opportunities
-
Driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the team

Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field

Experience or understanding of production processes in the manufacturing industry

Knowledge of technical drawings and design principles

Familiarity with production process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies

Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
