Could you be the full-time NCR Quality Technician in Warsaw we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of purchased parts, driving the non-conformity process, and minimizing production disturbances. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, suppliers, and quality control teams), manage containment and curative actions, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defect characterization and reporting, as well as stock management and supplier coordination, but also participate in meetings to align on quality goals and objectives.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Characterizing defects on purchased parts (5W2H) and writing relevant Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs)

  • Securing the production line by ensuring no defective parts are available and maintaining clear mapping

  • Organizing the re-feeding of conforming parts to the production line within the takt-time

  • Managing containment actions, including control and sorting activities

  • Blocking non-conforming stock and initiating inspection criteria updates in ERP for future deliveries

  • Creating NCRs in ERP and Supplier Quality Portal (SQP) and notifying suppliers of NCRs

  • Coordinating supplier rework activities

  • Participating in daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders

  • Technician education degree in Production Engineering, Quality, or a related field

  • Experience with ERPs, Production Supervision, or Quality Control

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings

  • Knowledge and use of problem-solving methodologies and tools

  • Good communication and collaborative skills

  • A proactive and positive attitude

  • Customer and goal-oriented mindset

  • Sense of urgency and ability to work autonomously

  • Proficiency in English
