Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a significant role in ensuring the smooth process of non-conformities on purchased parts, from ERP containment to purchase order placement and reverse logistics flow. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the NCR Cell analysts, warehouse team, and outbound shipment team), monitor lead times, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of processing requests for non-conformities replacement parts and managing reverse logistics back to suppliers, but also animating daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:

Processing requests for non-conformities replacement parts and converting them into transfer orders within two hours

Reducing the backlog of NCR to be sent to suppliers

Performing stock movements (restrictions, transfer, scrap)

Placing and monitoring NCR orders for new parts, warranty, and repairs in ERP (GSI)

Ensuring lead times are respected for repair orders

Managing reverse logistics back to suppliers with the outbound shipment team

Prioritizing urgencies based on production line needs

Ensuring accuracy of NCR purchase orders to minimize discrepancies

Reporting the state of blocked stock to Material Management
