Managing IQ activities in the relevant workshop, including people, process, and performance
-
Performing DpU/External Demerit analysis and leading efficient Line Quality Animation with cross-functional teams
-
Supporting decisions for all handovers (GO/NOGO) and exercising veto rights when necessary
-
Stopping production when mandatory for safety or quality reasons
-
Participating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA
-
Leading FAR and participating in FMR/SMR processes
-
Implementing and regularly updating Quality Control Plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activities
-
Ensuring the availability of Car History Books and compliance of manufactured products before shipping
