Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Environment, Health & Safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a vital role in fostering a safe and sustainable workplace by conducting health and safety trainings for new Alstom employees and contractors, performing safety inspections on production, and ensuring compliance with EHS standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, risk assessment, and documentation management), assess instructions, validate workstations, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Assessment of instructions and participation in risk assessment

Workstation validation

Instruction validation on production
-
Reporting indicators of health and safety and environmental protection

Supervising the system of EHS documentation

Conducting health and safety training sessions for employees and contractors
-
Performing safety inspections to ensure compliance with EHS standards

Collaborating with teams to assess and mitigate risks effectively

Supporting the development and implementation of EHS policies
-
Driving continuous improvement initiatives in health, safety, and environmental protection

Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field

Experience or understanding of health and safety training processes and systems

Knowledge of risk assessment and workplace safety regulations

Familiarity with environmental protection standards and reporting

Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver effective training

Attention to detail for workstation and instruction validation

Analytical mindset for reporting health, safety, and environmental indicators

Ability to manage and supervise EHS documentation systems

Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks

Adaptability to work in a dynamic production environment
