You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry and management processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as maintenance, production, and the OVH team), support system users in data processing, and contribute to improving information flow and processes within the department.

You’ll specifically take care of entering data resulting from maintenance work into SAP GSI, but also manage databases and create service requests in SES GSI.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Entering data resulting from maintenance work into SAP GSI

  • Managing databases related to production work execution and OVH team activities, including reporting

  • Creating and managing service requests in SES GSI

  • Reporting TWO man-hours of work

  • Improving the quality and flow of information within the department

  • Supporting other system users in entering, reading, and processing data

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in administration, data management, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of SAP GSI and SES GSI systems

  • Knowledge of data entry and reporting processes

  • Familiarity with database management

  • Very good English (B2/C1)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with advanced digital tools and systems

  • Collaborate with supportive and innovative colleagues

  • Contribute to improving processes and efficiency

  • Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards roles in data analytics, system management, or other fields

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
