Could you be the full-time PI Manager in [Mumbai] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive signalling systems expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the impeccable maintenance of our signalling subsystems, guaranteeing that our high standards and customer requirements are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Testing and Commissioning, and Site Teams), optimizing timelines for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolving issues during the DLP phase and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing DLP activities, ensuring compliance with system specifications and contractual requirements, but also developing DLP procedures and interfacing with key stakeholders to streamline processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Organizing and overseeing DLP activities, including planning, access, and resource allocation

Ensuring signalling systems comply with specifications and contractual obligations

Applying your expertise to maintain company standards and meet customer expectations

Developing procedures based on specifications to fulfill contractual requirements

Interfacing with Engineering and Site Subsystem Leaders to optimize RCA and resolve issues

Providing technical leadership and problem-solving support

Representing Alstom's interests in technical discussions with customers

Degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience or understanding of signalling systems within the rail industry

Knowledge of project management and maintenance procedures

Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be a plus

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
