Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Customer Site Manager in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll ensure smooth execution of Product Introduction (PI) activities while fostering a safe and efficient environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Managers, Engineering, Quality, and RAMS teams), manage the PI Customer Site team, and ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) rules, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing fleet availability and supervising warranty stock, but also coordinate fleet checks and provide Return of Experience (REX) insights.
We’ll look to you for:

Deploying and enforcing Alstom & customer EHS + security rules and relevant PI processes on customer sites

Managing the PI Customer Site team, ensuring workload balance and availability of necessary competencies

Ensuring fleet availability according to contractual commitments

Providing technical and administrative support to the team

Supervising local consignment/warranty stock

Coordinating fleet check activities and managing customer relationships

Certified Technician or Graduate in a technical area

Internal EHS training

Several years of technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronics troubleshooting

Field experience and project execution expertise

Team management skills

General railway and product knowledge

Understanding of EHS standards and railway safety

Problem-solving skills and data analytics knowledge (Defect Management system)

Proficiency in English (desirable)

Experience in RAM (desirable)
