Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and industrial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless industrialization of maintenance, renovation/modernization, or warranty activities at our Depot, Repair Centre, or Production site(s). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warranty Teams, to define industrial processes and documentation, implement high-quality standards, and optimize operational efficiency.

You’ll specifically take care of developing industrial deliverables like work instructions, task sequences, and layouts, but also support industrial transitions and contribute to process improvements.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the industrialization of technical documentation while respecting Standard Manufacturing Process guidelines.

  • Creating and validating industrial deliverables, including work instructions, task sequences, and layouts.

  • Providing inputs for industrial tools and means required for project execution activities.

  • Defining and implementing training plans for industrial processes and special practices.

  • Ensuring compliance with Railway Safety, EHS, and AZDP standards.

  • Collaborating with design teams to validate designs that align with industrial constraints.

  • Supporting production transfers and facilitating a smooth industrial transition.

  • Driving continuous improvement in industrial processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety.

  • Contributing to change management processes to enhance safety, quality, and performance.

  • Developing industrial expertise and sharing best practices with the Central Team.


All about you

  • Technical education background.

  • Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in English.

  • 2 to 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in the railway industry, with a total experience of 7 to 12 years.

  • Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings.

  • Experience in Methods Engineering, including writing and improving work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up.

  • Knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and coaching skills.

  • A flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and develop.
