Could you be the full-time Customer Service Leader in Mumbai we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and customer service expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the maintenance, performance, and reliability of EMU/MEMU/LOCO operations in Mumbai. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as Sourcing, Quality, RAMS, and Project Engineering teams), oversee material planning and logistics support, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with reliability KPIs, but also develop fleet maintenance plans and provide technical solutions for continuous improvement.
We’ll look to you for:

Providing overall support and coordination for EMU/MEMU/LOCO maintenance operations

Aligning with Sourcing and Quality teams for material planning

Monitoring train performance in line with reliability KPIs

Gathering technical knowledge and field data for reliability studies

Providing technical solutions for obsolescence with Engineering support
-
Developing and maintaining spare parts and fleet maintenance databases
-
Ensuring on-time preparation of BG and POA, as well as payment follow-ups

Supporting continuous improvement and benchmarking with similar fleets

Graduate in Engineering or Industrial fields (Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/E&C Engineering preferred)

5 to 8 years of experience in a related field

Computer literacy (Microsoft Windows & Office environment)

Basic knowledge of SAP & GSI

Understanding of train parts, subassemblies, and propulsion systems
-
Effective communication and customer-handling skills
-
General knowledge of the railway industry (preferred)

Field exposure to Indian Railways (preferred)

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Familiarity with DFQ, Quality, and Audit processes
