Your future role
We’ll look to you for :
- Deploying commodities strategy for a Project
- Ensuring project execution in line with objectives of the project and to support global supplier panel relationship (Supplier workload, negotiation, Specific agreement) Key Responsibilities Supplier relationship: Support global supplier panel relationship Manage specific supplier panel relationship (negotiation, specific agreement, local supplier performances).
- Support the Project Procurement Management scope by supporting the Project Procurement team with the various actions to follow-up (Project Procurement Management Plan, Project Procurement Launch Meeting, E-PMFU, follow-up of the DFQ gates - Go RFQ, BA, Order , Local content development, etc).
- Monitoring day to day suppliers’ performances and issues Management of initial issues before escalation to line manage Respect Alstom code of ethics and guidelines Commodity support on site: Consolidation of commodity needs, inputs Active participation to commodity strategy and panel elaboration Provide imputes to build differentiation. Represent the commodities towards projects, platforms and solutions.
- Effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving Apply the Alstom Sourcing process and provide return on experience.
- Involvement in projects: Coordinate project with all Métiers Preparation and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers Lead project negotiation Monitor evolution (FAI, Business Award, Product development).
- Preparing Business Award Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience from international business 1 to 3 years of experience in industry
- Knowledge of commodity strategies and negotiation processes
- A strong command of English (fluency is essential)
- Problem-solving mindset and effective teamwork skills
- Adaptability and a commitment to ethical practices
