Could you be the full-time onsite Strategic Supplier Development Manager in Philadelphia, PA, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain and development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll deploy the Supplier Development strategy within the Region, significantly contributing to the resilience and adaptability of our supply chain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including global Procurement, Regional Procurement, SDPM/SDD/SQD), building and maintaining a consolidated Strategic Priority List of Suppliers and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Collaborating with global Procurement, Regional Procurement, SDPM/SDD/SQD to identify and prioritize supplier development activities,
-
Establishing the short-list of critical suppliers for extensive global development action plans to minimize supply chain risks,
-
Conducting regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure the Supplier Development strategy is current and effectively deployed,
-
Providing a synthetic and consolidated view of global development activities, tracking progress and achievements,
-
Ensuring regular communication with Procurement for the deployment of Supplier Strategic Development activities and performance monitoring,
-
Influencing suppliers and procurement strategy to enhance the overall performance of the supplier base,
-
Building processes, tools, and catalogues for strategic supplier development,
-
Owning critical Development Plans and ensuring coordinated interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Degree in Supply Chain, Quality, or Engineering,

Experience or understanding of Procurement, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent,

Knowledge of Quality & Supply Chain & Procurement tools (e.g., problem-solving/Risk management tools/Lean/Capacity),
-
Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes,
-
A certification or communication skill that demonstrates your ability to manage and influence global suppliers,
-
Ability to conduct Supplier Development activities (coaching/training),
-
Proven track record of managing global suppliers and driving results,
-
Competence in consolidating and analyzing results for strategic decision-making

Salary range- $81,500 - $105,000
