Could you be the full-time hybrid Operation Performance Manager in Montreal, QC, CA we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive operational and quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and result-oriented teammates. You'll coordinate all Performance and Transformation related activities for NAM Signaling & Infrastructure, making a significant impact on the operational excellence of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Engineering), consolidate and analyze operational performance KPIs, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordination of Performance and Transformation activities for NAM Signaling & Infrastructure,

  • Consolidation of Bowling Charts at each Business Unit Level,

  • Driving Root Cause Analysis and setting up Mitigation Plans with Business Leaders for each Red-KPI,

  • Reviewing Data Quality across all functions and defining Process & Tools improvements,

  • Continuous update of the set of KPIs to be used by all business units in line with FY priorities,

  • Supporting ad-hoc initiatives for all NAM S&I scope, including DOT and Cost Out Plans,

  • Organizing and animating bi-yearly workshops with NAM S&I leadership team as part of the strategic cycle,

  • Proposing and organizing communication plans for all employees and middle management within NAM S&I,

  • Driving ad-hoc analysis to support business challenges and proposing action plans,

  • Leading specific initiatives end to end with the support of all business leaders


All about you

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field,

  • 3 - 10 years of experience in operational performance management and improvement methodologies,

  • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Resilience in the face of challenges and adaptability to change
