  • Lead scalable contract management processes to optimize supplier performance and mitigate risks.

  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and integrating best practices in supplier management.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier contract management, procurement, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk assessment tools.
  • Strong understanding of rail industry standards, compliance, and operational excellence principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
