Your future role

**Job Posting: Executive Recruiter** Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic talent acquisition and executive recruitment expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and results-driven teammates. You'll play a key role in attracting top-tier talent for leadership and strategic roles, directly contributing to Alstom’s growth and success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, business leaders, finance), develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborating with leaders across the Americas and clusters to define leadership hiring needs, both internally and externally. ,

  • Leading strategic outreach efforts and engaging top-tier talent to build talent pipelines. ,

  • Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends and insights from internal and external sources (business units, clients, external market) to guide future activities. ,

  • Conducting market analyses and strategically approaching the required talent for leadership roles. ,

  • Overseeing the full recruitment cycle and optimizing recruitment processes. ,

  • Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with Alstom’s growth. ,

  • Driving data-driven decision-making in recruitment. ,

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. ,

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ,

  • Contributing to innovative projects and supporting Alstom’s long-term transformation journey.

  • Knowledge of another language besides French is an asset, as it will facilitate communication with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and clients. (En)
