Your future role

The objective of the P&CRO Performance Coordinator is to facilitate the creation, management, and delivery of accurate and timely quotations for products or services. The P&CRO Performance Coordinator collaborates with internal teams: - CSR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to ensure all necessary information is gathered, pricing is accurate, and quotations are presented professionally and within the promised timeframe to customers to improve TTQ & OTD. The P&CRO Performance Coordinator will also facilitate the burn down of repairs, and support with the process alignment. We’ll look to you for:

  • Maintaining organized files for quotations, including project specifications, pricing, and customer communications.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth quoting process
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline the quotation process and enhance efficiency. 
  • Managing the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process.
  • Tracking project progress and maintaining project files. 
  • Continuously improving the process by addressing roadblocks and leveraging lessons learned.
  • Updating internal processes and procedures 
  • Facilitating and supporting the reduction of repair orders
  • Escalating to different functions leaders for late quotations execution 
  • Providing visibility of progress and point of focus.
  • Determining and implementing the proper RCA methodology according to predetermined criteria

•    Several years of experience in coordination of project and teams 
•    Experienced with evaluation, quote and bidding process.
•    Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various phases of a project
•    Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement
•    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential
•    Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines
•    Strong computer skills, especially email, spreadsheets, and presentation creation software
•    Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees
•    SAP required
