Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your burgeoning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and supportive teammates. You'll contribute to shaping the future of our workforce and enhancing our organizational culture. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Talent Development), prepare HR-related reports as needed, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Offering administrative support to the HR executives,

  • Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts,

  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with regulations,

  • Preparing and organizing HR documents, like employment records and onboarding guides,

  • Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements,

  • Interacting with employees regarding HR-related queries,

  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field,

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite,

  • Experience or understanding of HR processes and best practices,

  • Great communication skills,

  • Strong organizational abilities,

  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation,

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment,

  • Capacity for teamwork and collaboration
