Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your burgeoning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and supportive teammates. You'll contribute to shaping the future of our workforce and enhancing our organizational culture. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Talent Development), prepare HR-related reports as needed, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Offering administrative support to the HR executives,
-
Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts,

Reviewing and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with regulations,
-
Preparing and organizing HR documents, like employment records and onboarding guides,
-
Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements,
-
Interacting with employees regarding HR-related queries,
-
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field,

Knowledge of MS Office Suite,

Experience or understanding of HR processes and best practices,

Great communication skills,

Strong organizational abilities,

Basic knowledge of labor legislation,

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment,

Capacity for teamwork and collaboration
