Could you be the full-time onsite Deputy Project Installation Manager in Miami, FL we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute significantly to the safety and efficiency of our rail and construction projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Field Operations, and Sub-contractors), coordinate site activities and resources, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensure the application of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications.,

• Coordinate and assist the Sub-contractors, including monitor the quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments.,

• Coordination of Installation Engineering team for the scope assigned.,

• Coordinate site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools.,

• Liaise with Third Parties such as facilities providers, Civil Work partners, etc.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent education or equivalent experience,

• Experience or understanding of project field work in rail or construction industry,

• Knowledge of Installation and Field Operations within a project environment,

• Familiarity with EHS policies and regulatory compliance,

• Focused approach to Quality and Planning targets,

• Resilience and an analytical mindset for solving complex field deviations and issues,

• An innovative attitude with a drive for continuous improvement in work processes and performance
