Are you ready to make an impact on the future of mobility? Alstom is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager to drive the execution of our projects in CDMX, Mexico.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving non-critical projects, ensuring they align with our contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, Planning (QCDP), and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) while ensuring Alstom's legal and contractual rights are protected.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize project QCDP performance and financial performance (Margin & Cash).
• Define project strategy and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.
• Effectively manage resources, align with contractual requirements, manage risks, and report on project progress and KPIs to senior management.
• Manage customer and external stakeholders' relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

About You

• You possess a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree and hold an IPMA level D (or equivalent) certification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience managing an operational scope.
• Your background includes working with multinational companies and across different business cultures.
• Knowledge of Alstom's working processes is highly desirable.
• You bring strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills to the table.
• You thrive in a team environment, demonstrating an ability to coordinate and ensure collaboration across multi-site/multi-functional teams.
• You are result-oriented, with a solid knowledge of project management processes and railway products and systems.
