Could you be the Supplier Product Quality Development Engineer in Mexico City we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your Quality & Continuous Improvement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring supplier quality excellence by communicating and validating quality specifications and the Quality Product File during the tender phase. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, engineering, and project management), foster strong supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives—and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Collaborating with suppliers to define and agree on quality specifications.

Anticipating potential quality risks and implementing preventive measures.

Driving supplier development initiatives to meet Alstom’s quality expectations.

Conducting quality audits and assessments of supplier processes.
-
Supporting suppliers in understanding and applying Alstom’s quality requirements.

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience or understanding of supplier quality management and quality assurance processes.

Familiarity with supplier development and quality control tools like FMEA, Control Plans, and APQP.

Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
