Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your financial management and reporting expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, driving data-driven decision-making, and supporting the success of both site and headquarter management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project controllers, operations controllers, and operational teams), manage and coach the site reporting team, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and validating financial data to produce actual budgets and forecasts. ,

Drawing conclusions on budget/actual variances and recommending corrective actions. ,

Guaranteeing that the financial structure, processes, and systems of the site comply with all internal and external requirements. ,
-
Ensuring internal control rules are correctly applied within the site. ,
-
Interfacing and coordinating with project controllers and operations controllers to report and cascade information. ,
-
Acting as a business partner to operational teams by proposing improvement and/or corrective actions on their scope. ,
-
Participating in change management initiatives, such as systems/application roll-out and organizational changes. ,

Managing the site reporting team, including training, coaching, and succession planning. ,
-
Delivering accurate and timely financial reports, including Teranga packs. ,
-
Achieving forecasting accuracy of above 95%."

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. ,

Experience or understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. ,

Knowledge of financial data analysis and variance analysis. ,

Familiarity with internal controls, compliance, and reporting systems. ,

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. ,

Leadership and team management skills, including training and coaching. ,

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to recommend corrective actions. ,

Proficiency in financial tools and systems, including ERP systems and reporting applications. ,

Adaptability to participate in change management initiatives. ,
