Could you be the material planning associate in Mexico City we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your material planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure seamless material flow by managing Purchase Requisitions and creating Material Planning documents, driving efficiency and reliability in the supply chain process. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, production, and logistics), support inventory optimization strategies, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
- Manage Purchase Requisition until Material Planning documents creation
- Follow up with Procurement the Purchase Requisition level maturity for launching Material Planning documents
- Ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints)
- Create the Material Planning documents (Purchase orders, Call-off, Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List and Quota Management in SAP
- Communicate the Material Planning documents to Suppliers and follow Suppliers confirmation
- Solve any litigation related to goods receipt or purchasing conditions including parked invoices.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience or understanding of material planning, procurement, or inventory management processes.

Knowledge of supply chain workflows and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
