Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure timely delivery of materials by managing supplier needs using dedicated tools, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, logistics, and production), monitor supplier performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives—and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

  • Monitoring and updating the status of material deliveries in relevant tools and systems.

  • Communicating with internal teams to provide updates on material availability.

  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of material transactions.

  • Proactively addressing potential risks to material delivery schedules.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience or understanding of delivery coordination and supplier relationship management.

  • Familiarity with tools such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Adaptability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues.

  • Progress towards enhancing supply chain efficiency and developing expertise in material planning and expediting.

  • Contribute to innovative projects.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
