Could you be the procurement performance team lead in Mexico City we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll drive impactful change by clarifying expectations with stakeholders and defining targets and appropriate governance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement Operations and Operations Managers), identify opportunities for improvement, translate them into actionable ways of working with the support of relevant managers, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Clarifies expectation with stakeholders (operation managers)

Defines targets and appropriate governance
-
Opportunities of improvement have to be captured, assessed, and translated in way of working, with the support and validation of the relevant managers

Makes sure data are provided on time for the reporting and for the governance meetings
-
Suggests improvements to the existing set of KPIs and dashboard
-
Specifies and monitors the implementation of the relevant reporting tools to automatize the dashboards.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience or understanding of procurement operations, supply chain processes, and performance management

Experience in process improvement projects through IST systems implementation (SAP deployment, Business Intelligence tools implementation, etc.).
