Could you be the Indirect Procurement Team Leader in Mexico City we’re looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your indirect procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll lead and inspire a team to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize procurement processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (operations, finance, and supply chain), ensure compliance with procurement policies, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

• Leading and mentoring the indirect procurement team to achieve organizational goals. 

• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories. 

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. 

• Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues to ensure service quality. 

• Identifying and driving cost-saving opportunities within indirect procurement. 

• Analyzing market trends and risks to inform decision-making processes.

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

• Experience or understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization. 

• Familiarity with procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba). 

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset. 

• Leadership and team management capabilities.
