Could you be the Indirect Procurement Team Leader in Mexico City we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your indirect procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll lead and inspire a team to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize procurement processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (operations, finance, and supply chain), ensure compliance with procurement policies, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Leading and mentoring the indirect procurement team to achieve organizational goals.

Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues to ensure service quality.

Identifying and driving cost-saving opportunities within indirect procurement.

Analyzing market trends and risks to inform decision-making processes.

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience or understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization.

Leadership and team management capabilities.
