Could you be the Project Contract Manager Jr in Mexico City we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your contract management and negotiation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by managing and negotiating contracts effectively. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Legal, Project Management, Procurement), provide strategic advice on contractual matters, and much more."

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 

  • Identifying potential contractual risks and proposing mitigation strategies. 

  • Leading contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers to secure favorable terms. 

  • Supporting project teams in understanding and fulfilling contractual obligations. 

  • Staying updated on relevant legal and regulatory requirements impacting contracts.

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Experience or understanding of contract management and negotiation processes. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
