Infra Project/Program Configuration Leader (PrCCL

- For one or several Infra sub-systems, responsible for the application of the Configuration and Change Management process within a program/project
- Keep the Infra project/program under Configuration and Change Management control. Plan, integrate, develop, drive and monitor the application of the Configuration and Change Management process as described in the Configuration and Change Management internal Procedures. Ensure all involved functions, Métiers, Suppliers and/ or Sub-Systems follow the CCM rules defined and agreed in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
- In Infra, sub-systems could be : Power Supply (POS), Overhead Catenary System (OCS), Aesthetic Power Supply (APS), Static Recharge System (SRS), Trackworks (TKW), Depot Equipment (DEQ), and Mechanical&Electrical (M&E) such as Ventilation.

Key accountabilities

 Apply Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates, tools, etc. and ensure that team members do not bypass them.
 Plan, implement and drive CCM process within their project or program.
 Create, align, maintain and release the Configuration Management Plan with project/ program core team.
 Analyse, review and provide the compliance statement on CCM related requirements (customer, partner and internal).
 Identify, verify the items to be put under configuration control (Configuration Items and/or Target Items).
 Create and maintain the Configuration Item List and /or the Target Item List for Configuration Baselines.
 Ensure Supplier Configuration Management incl. CCM requirement negotiation and requested CCM documentation.
 Ensure that Configuration data is recorded and documented, monitoring its compliance.
 Ensure the "end-to-end" traceability of every change request including assignment to Baseline and/ or Target Configuration.
 Ensure completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the change requestor from Preparation to Approval to Implementation and Closure.
 Analyse, review and maintain CCM related risks and opportunities and ensure reporting on CCM activities.
 Ensure that CCM is addressed through DFQ Gates and relevant deliverables.
