Could you be the full-time onsite Construction Manager in Merida, YUC, MX we’re looking for?
Temporary role for 18 months
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive construction management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and oversee critical construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Procurement, and Quality Assurance), coordinate on-site activities, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading and coordinating construction teams on multiple project sites,

Managing budgets and project resources effectively,

Enforcing strict safety and quality standards on all construction sites,

Liaising with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders,
-
Providing regular progress reports to senior management,
-
Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance,
-
Implementing project plans and ensuring timely completion

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field,

Experience or understanding of project management principles and construction processes,
