Could you be the full-time onsite Construction Manager in Merida, YUC, MX we’re looking for?

Temporary role for 18 months

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive construction management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and oversee critical construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Procurement, and Quality Assurance), coordinate on-site activities, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Leading and coordinating construction teams on multiple project sites,

• Managing budgets and project resources effectively,

• Enforcing strict safety and quality standards on all construction sites,

• Liaising with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders,

• Providing regular progress reports to senior management,

• Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance,

• Implementing project plans and ensuring timely completion

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field,
