Could you be the full-time hybrid Program Manager in Melbourne (US), FL, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive program management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll manage multiple programs simultaneously within a quality/safety-focused distributed engineering organization, ensuring that our engineering development efforts are completed per QCD commitments and meet the defined requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (systems, product architects, hardware, software, test, safety, quality, supply, and industrialization teams as well as internal/external customers), oversee cross-functional execution of product development activities and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Overseeing cross-functional execution of product development activities, including interfacing with functional engineering managers and teams as well as internal/external customers,

  • Leading application of Quality Management Systems to ensure project development effectiveness and adherence to the tollgate process; preparing/attending ISO and CMMI audits,

  • Authoring proposals, including schedules with appropriate milestones, and estimates for resources and material costs, risks, and assumptions,

  • Managing and facilitating brainstorming sessions, concept and design reviews in conjunction with functional managers and technical design teams,

  • Managing, controlling, and executing timely all developments related to the program in compliance with the QCD commitments,

  • Proposing and driving improvement action plans in the Program (efficiency, competitiveness)

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, scientific subjects, or another related field.,

  • 5 years of experience or understanding of system/product engineering or project management in digital/railway/automotive/aircraft or similar industry.,

  • Knowledge of cost and planning control in an engineering scope.,

  • Familiarity with customer relationships on deliverables and scope management.,

  • Communication skills in a technical environment.,

  • Ability to think critically and analytically with a problem-solving mindset.
