Could you be the next Supplier Delivery Performance Manager in Melbourne, AU we’re looking for?


Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your robust and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative team members. You'll drive significant improvements in supplier delivery performance through comprehensive audits and assessments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Production), animate supplier delivery performance, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Drive Light Supply Chain Audit (LSCA), Full Supply Chain Audit (FSCA), and Capacity Assessment (CA),
  • Evaluate ad-hoc Supplier Capacity and Supply Chain Capability,
  • Leading initiatives to improve Supplier Delivery Performance metrics,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies,
  • Managing delivery crisis, including both mono-Site and multi-Sites when leading,
  • Contributing to Supplier delivery risks assessment & management

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field,
  • Experience or understanding of conducting Light Supply Chain Audit (LSCA), Full Supply Chain Audit (FSCA), and Capacity Assessment (CA),
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
