What you’ll do;

  • Lead strategic communications – Shape and deliver the SER Services Communications Strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and driving clear, consistent messaging across all of our train and tram maintenance sites across ANZ.

  • Partner with senior leaders – Act as a senior trusted advisor to the Services Leadership Team, providing expert guidance on communications, employee engagement and leadership visibility.

  • Enhance external reputation – Develop and deliver impactful communications that strengthen relationships with customers, government stakeholders and industry partners.

  • Drive employee engagement – Design and implement engaging, data-driven initiatives that connect leaders with teams and foster a strong, consistent culture across sites.

  • Champion best practice – Establish standardised frameworks, oversee site communications, and lead a Centre of Excellence to ensure quality, consistency and innovation.

  • Support high-profile initiatives – Lead communications for key projects, transformation programs, events and milestones that elevate Alstom’s the Services  brand in ANZ.

  • Create compelling content – Deliver engaging storytelling across internal and external channels, including media, social and leadership communications.

  • Build capability across the business – Mentor and guide site-based communications teamsrelays, driving continuous improvement and measurable impact.
