Overview
Analyse, Test & Commission, signalling onboard VATC Hardware & Software systems in accordance with contractual commitments and applicable processes and documentation.

Join us on a 15-month max term position until September 2024 operating out of Melbourne, Victoria.
 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to the delivery of Vehicle Automatic Train Control (VATC) comprising of Hardware & Software Systems
  • Work on-site to collect & prepare logs for in-depth analysis & troubleshooting
  • Test and verify VATC system functionality including vehicle interfaces in accordance with established quality and safety processes
  • Collaborate with Project Engineer and Onboard development teams to perform Failure Modes Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) finding the root cause leading to issue resolution
  • Provide onsite technical support

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Tertiary Qualification in Engineering 
  • Work experience in Railway Signalling Systems such as in Interlockings, ATP, Metros, CBTC and/or ERTMS technologies
  • Installation, Testing and Commissioning experience with ability to work in shifts
  • Experience in a multinational & multicultural work environment
  • CF650 VATC background will be a plus
