We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and updating functional procedures, ways of working, and methodologies in line with central PME guidelines.
  • Staffing and developing the team based on project workloads, including induction and training programs for new team members.
  • Maintaining a skills matrix and building annual training plans for the team.
  • Deploying industrialization standards such as Method Time, EHS, Ergonomics, and Work Instructions.
  • Implementing industrialization methodologies like ICONE, P-FMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, and Task Sequencing.
  • Utilizing industrialization IS tools like PLM (DELMIA), ERP (GSI), and MES.
  • Increasing the team's maturity using the APSYS roadmap.
  • Coordinating and supporting the progress of industrial deliverables in collaboration with the PIM.
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy in master data, work instructions, task sequencing, and other deliverables.
  • Providing support during first article manufacturing and identifying specific Method support needs.
  • Organizing and managing productivity actions to improve efficiency.
