Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your welding and industrialization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside skilled, collaborative, and innovative teammates.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of welding processes throughout all stages of the industrial process. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, sourcing, supply chain, quality), contribute to process optimization, and support the development and qualification of suppliers, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing industrial risks through Process FMEA and ensuring the deployment and validation of new processes, but also training workers and support functions on welding-specific business rules.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Contributing to the tender phase by optimizing costs and minimizing risks through design and industrialization expertise
  • Supporting technical solution decisions during specification and design phases
  • Managing industrial risks and implementing improvement action plans
  • Defining requirements and qualifying the product/process pair
  • Supporting sourcing and supplier qualification efforts
  • Ensuring continuous training and permanent qualification of workers
  • Conducting internal and external audits to guarantee process compliance
  • Investigating non-conformities and implementing repair solutions
  • Collaborating with the Special Processes (SP) network to propose improvements

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of welding processes and industrialization
  • Knowledge of Process FMEA and quality control methodologies
  • Familiarity with supplier qualification and quality follow-up
  • A certification in welding processes or quality systems (e.g., ISO 3834, IWE/IWT)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
