Could you be the full-time Site Industrial Director in Mátranovák we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial operations expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and results-driven teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless industrial activities from tenders to production, driving operational excellence and delivering high-impact results. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as Tender Operation Managers, Industrial Costers, and DFO Managers), oversee project industrial development activities, and ensure proper transfer to Train Manufacturing Sites during execution phases.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the industrial workload of the site, ensuring material availability on production lines, and validating industrial costing quotations, but also lead problem-solving approaches to address technical or operational challenges.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing tender and project industrial development activities
  • Overseeing industrial workload and staffing plans
  • Ensuring Design for Operations aspects are integrated during the development phase
  • Delivering industrial outputs in alignment with project objectives and operational standards
  • Ensuring the efficient transfer of knowledge and accountability to Train Manufacturing Sites
  • Driving production efficiency and achieving production rate targets


All about you

  • Engineering or master’s degree, preferably with strong knowledge of welding processes
  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience in industrial operations, including 3 years at project or site management level
  • Extensive knowledge in industrial, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in lean management methodologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make efficient decisions in complex environments
  • Proficiency in working across sites in a multicultural setting
  • Fluent in English
