Recruitment and Administration Specialist
Your Future Role
Are you looking for new challenges and want to grow in a modern, dynamic environment? Join our Recruitment team and help us build the future of transportation! You’ll be part of an innovative team working together to achieve ambitious goals. On a daily basis, you’ll be responsible for recruiting specialized production employees and supporting our facilities in their development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently managing recruitment processes for production employees – from identifying needs, selecting and verifying candidates, to finalizing offers and employment documentation;
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and team leaders to understand recruitment needs;
- Participating in the creation and implementation of modern candidate sourcing strategies using available tools;
- Supporting candidates and managers at every stage of the recruitment process;
- Coordinating with other departments (production, HR, admin, onboarding) to ensure a smooth process.
What Are We Looking for in You?
You don’t need years of experience – what matters most to us is your attitude and willingness to grow. We don’t expect you to have all the skills – here are a few that will help you succeed and develop in this role:
- Experience in recruitment (a plus);
- Higher education (preferred fields: HR, psychology, management);
- Good command of English;
- Ability to build relationships, strong communication skills, good work organization, reliability, and a positive attitude;
- Availability for on-site work in the office 5 days a week.
