Could you be the full-time Project Quality and Safety Manager (PrQSM) in Mátranovák we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and safety expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dedicated teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards and safety measures are met throughout the lifecycle of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, industrial quality), support the preparation of project quality management plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of customer quality and project quality management, but also oversee project execution controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
- Being the independent voice of the customer in the project organization
- Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
- Contributing to criticality assessments to ensure safety and quality assurance
- Managing and synchronizing quality teams across the project
- Supporting project audits and reviews
- Controlling project processes and deliverable compliance
- Facilitating problem-solving and implementing corrective and preventive actions

- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of project quality and safety practices
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, QRQC)
- Familiarity with railway safety standards and processes
- A quality management certification (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
