Could you be the full-time Industrial Costing Engineer in Mátranovák we’re looking for?


Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll help shape the future of industrial costing by providing accurate and insightful cost evaluations that drive our innovative projects forward. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Industrial Quality, ensuring the financial feasibility of new products and processes, supporting tender phases, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of costing for fixed industrialization, variable production, quality inspection, and supply chain costs, but also provide support during product or process development and major changes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Performing industrial costing for new products, processes, or manufacturing technologies
  • Providing cost evaluations during tender phases, including Make or Buy assumptions
  • Supporting decisions for activity transfers or major product/process changes
  • Defining and maintaining the workload plan for the Process & Manufacturing Engineering (PME) department
  • Updating industrial costs in the Reference Library
  • Conducting specific analyses, such as Time Spent vs Method Time, as needed

  • Technical education
  • Process & Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 to 10 years’ experience, preferably in the railway industry
  • Technical expertise in process engineering, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
  • Knowledge of time management principles
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials and Routings
  • Familiarity with IS common tools
  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
  • Proficiency in English (read, written, spoken)
