We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating and training operators
  • Planning production cells in collaboration with production planning
  • Ensuring the implementation of new project steps
  • Supporting operator activities to enhance productivity
  • Maintaining communication with EHS, Quality, Project Management, Production Planning, and Maintenance teams
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within production processes

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of production processes and planning
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards
  • Familiarity with project implementation and coordination
  • A Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments
