Could you be the full-time Elementary Production Unit (EPU) Manager in Mátranovák we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our production cells. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (EHS, Quality, Project Management, Production Planning, and Maintenance), coordinate and train operators, and plan production activities, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of planning new project implementation steps, but also support operator activities to achieve production goals.
We’ll look to you for:
- Coordinating and training operators
- Planning and managing production cells in cooperation with production planning
- Overseeing the implementation steps for new projects
- Supporting operator activities to ensure efficiency and quality
- Collaborating with EHS, Quality, PM, production planning, and maintenance teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

- Degree in engineering, production management, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of production processes and team coordination
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with project planning and implementation
- A certification in lean manufacturing or equivalent is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
