- manage the bid team in order to complete the requested bids on time and in the right quality

- organize internal bid kick-off mtgs

- perform all necessary presentations and analyses/cost follow-up

- managing Purchase Orders related administrative tasks

- REX analysis to be performed on completed bids

- checking the AsSold calculations at receival - manage the deviations

- PCR calculations

- Business case related calculations according to the standard Alstom calculation methods

- manage Sales Orders in SAP

- implement all MAT related standard bid processes, and work accordingly

- implement the latest AT bid tools: Mercury, ODY.C, FI07

- support the site budget preparation
