Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Industrial Quality Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll ensure Product Quality compliance according to Customer & Internal specifications, making a tangible impact on delivering excellence to our clients. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business deploy Industrial Quality Standards per manufacturing process, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
· Manage IQ activities in relevant workshop: People, Process & Performance
· Perform DpU / External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with industrial cross function team
· Support the decision for all Hand Overs (GO / NOGO) & keeps NO GO Veto Right in any case
· Stop the production if needed for mandatory reason (e.g. Safety impact needed rework)
· Participate to Criticality Matrix analysis & contribute to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect & Analysis)
· Implement & Regularly update of Quality Control Plans during Pre & Serial manufacturing activities
· Support product launch
· Manage Internal NCR: Support NCR team to complete characterisation until closure using Problem Solving methodology (e.g. QRQC)
· Participate in Customer Inspections
· Qualify manufacturing teams regarding the Self-Inspection
· Manage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)
· Perform Workstation Audit & Follow-up
· Perform or participate to inspections of products when required (PcX)

· Possesses knowledge on Quality and at Industrial level
· Using digital tools
· Audit experience
· Attention to detail & communication
· Ability to work in a matrix organisation and resistance to pressure (Production & Delivery)
· Knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, …)
· Experience in managing Quality tools (Problem solving, Lean Six Sigma, …)
· Experience in Electronics is a plus
· Technical mastering of railway products is beneficial
