Your future role
You'll support our Traxx project execution team to improve TRAXX Next Generation. 
We'll look for you to:

  • Coordinate planning & reporting of monthly activities for RnD and development projects
  • Prepare all relevant financial analysis (including EVM analysis, cross sites reporting)
  • Drives and implements all project improvement actions with work package owner and work package controller
  • Controls project budgets and ensures project financial targets and provides early warning in case of deviation, follow up of the recovery plan.
  • Program structure creation/updates in the local tools ( ERP)
  • Alignment of tools on the authorized amount, derogation request management with HQ
  • Landing management, forecast,
  • Preparation of unit cost before year end and forecasting of the same before reporting of hours and other spending

  • Passion for project management

  • Bachelor degree in a technical or commercial field
  • Experience in managing development projects
  • Fluent in English & German (B1)
  • Other European languages would be a plus
  • Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures
  • Ability to gain and apply insights gained
  • Flair for leading and influencing others
  • A proactive and resourceful approach
  • Desire to work collaboratively
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
