Junior Performance  Engineer

 

OBJECTIVES

 

Being part of the Region Engineering Performance Team,  you will be actively involved in deployment and execution of the new Alstom Engineering KPI in Site Mannheim (DACH).

Represent the Site ENG organization in those initiatives in collaboration with the site engineering teams.

Communicate the status and deployment results accordingly.

 

Performance KPI lead for site Mannheim providing :

- clear & structured reporting, KPIs monitoring
- governance and lead in site KPI 
- coordination of site métier/Edu KPIs
- link for Mannheim community to Region Performance team 

 

Coordinate inputs for engineering KPI to assure on time KPI delivery

Align with SED on the KPI results 

Represent site on Performance monthly /weekly meeting 

 

Example of KPIS:

- On Time in Full (OTIF) - cooperation with Project team

- Hourly Rate (HR)- cooperation with finance

- Best Cost Country %(BCC%) - cooperation with Workload team 

- Earned Value (EV)- cooperation with Planning/Project team 

- Design Maturity Index (DMI) - cooperation with engineering team 

- Barometer - cooperation with project team

- Critical Engineering List -cooperation with project owners

 

Requirements

Agile in digital world. Good understanding of performance coordination for business  management (e.g.  MS Office).
Fluent in  English (written and spoken).

German would be an asset 

 

The position will be based in Mannheim oaf the DACH region (Deutschland-Austria-Schweiz).
