Could you be the full-time HR Coordinator in Mannheim we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your human resources expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll contribute to the shaping of our company culture and the future of sustainable transport. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations), manage data within our HR systems and ensure its integrity, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of supporting special topics and projects related to onboarding and recruiting fairs, but also organizing various events like meetings and employee gatherings.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Support with onboarding and integration of new employees

  • Accurate data entry and quality checks within the HR system

  • Drafting and reviewing job advertisements

  • Organizing and coordinating HR-related events

  • Providing support and supervision to employees

  • Participation in HR projects and initiatives

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • A relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field is advantageous

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with efficiency and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
