We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader, Engineering Efficiency (m/f/d) 
in Mannheim, Germany


YOUR ROLE
As a Team Leader, Engineering Efficiency, you will lead a growing team of DevOps Engineers, Configuration Managers and Tool Experts to improve the overall efficiency and agility of our engineering programs and to secure our competitive advantage.


RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Lead a self-organized team of DevOps engineers, configuration managers and tool experts.
•    Drive strategic initiatives to systematically improve the efficiency and agility of the software delivery lifecycle of safety-related ATP systems.
•    Assume the Scrum Master role in one of our engineering programs while also being involved on the technical level.
•    Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Scrum Masters in the program organization.
•    Recruit additional methods & tools engineers (DevOps, Configuration Managers, Tool Experts).
•    Work with stakeholders in the organization to accelerate the transition to agile ways of working.
•    Support your team members in their professional growth.


QUALIFICATIONS 
•    At least five years’ experience as a DevOps engineer or Software Engineer (embedded systems).
•    At least two years’ experience in a Scrum Master role.
•    Well experienced in GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Python, server infrastructure mgmt.
•    Track record of improvements related to methods & tools, driven by own initiative.
•    Being open-minded and entrepreneurial, using a hands-on problem-solving approach.
•    Being a leader, team motivator and a teacher of technical domain expertise.
•    Good presentation and writing skills required: Clarity, rigor, and conciseness.
•    Fluent in English and German and comfortable to work in a multi-national and distributed team.
•    Relevant academic background, Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience.
